By accessing or using the VacayVestor platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) and meet applicable investor-suitability requirements before investing.
VacayVestor facilitates fractional ownership interests in income-producing short-term rental properties. By purchasing shares you acquire a fractional economic interest entitling you to a proportionate share of net rental income, distributed according to the relevant offering documents.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Projected yields, occupancy rates, and revenue figures are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Net rental income is distributed to shareholders on a monthly basis where available, after deduction of operating costs, management fees, taxes, and reserves. Distribution amounts vary with property performance and may be paused, reduced, or withheld where necessary.
Applicable management, operational, and transaction fees are disclosed in the offering details for each property. By investing, you agree to the fees disclosed for the relevant asset.

Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment and should consult your own professional advisors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VacayVestor and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or investment value arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VacayVestor Capital Management is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Questions can be directed to legal@vacayvestor.com.
